Plan Upload - Plan is uploaded to our data center using state-of-the-art and secure encrypted network.  We do not require any special connectivity.

Initial Planning - Initial plan is created by our clinicians.

WebPlan Review - Upon the completion of the original plan, an online consultation is scheduled. Radiation Oncology Resources has developed an exclusive web-based application that allows our customers to start a secure consultation session and view or modify any plan from anywhere with Internet connectivity. This program allows our customers to interact with our planners to customize a plan online, just like they are sitting the same room. This may include interactive viewing of dose, modification of structures, modification of blocks or any other aspect of the planning process. This is unique and critical to arriving at the best solutions for your department. As an additional service, we can set up this environment in your clinic to connect remote clinicians or multi-site clinics.

Final QA - Upon acceptance by your clinicians, we QA the plan with state of the art software.

Plan Download  - We then automatically transfer your plan back to your system.

On-Site Quality Assurance - Utilizing our protocols, you QA the plan with almost the same effort and time as a conventional 3D plan.

Patient Treatment - Your patient receives the benefit of IMRT treatments.
