ROR Plan Challenge Metrics and Scoring are announced to participants...
ROR is a learning organization, and as we systematize our experience with the ROR Plan Challenge Process we hope to advance our understanding and share it with the field. This is the third year for the ROR Plan Challenge sponsored by AAMD. 2011 is shaping up to be a significant step forward.
Our recent announcement of the Plan Quality Metrics system stated, “We have engaged other like-minded clinicians about their evaluation criteria, their priority, and how they will be measured objectively.”
The result will be the first set of published Plan Quality Metrics to standardize the approach to plan evaluation. Greg Robinson stated, “your participation helps us advance our understanding and application of these metrics. We believe that this years Plan Challenge Process will facilitate the sharing of information and best practices. We don’t claim that these metrics are unique. In fact our goal was only to mirror the clinical processes and discussions that occur during patient treatment.”
What is unique?… the conversations, the accumulation of the data, the research, and presentation of the findings during the AAMD Annual Meeting in June. We’re looking forward to discover how the publishing of metrics contributes to the knowledge base we are accumulating.
